Injection moulding process
Plastic injection mould is a tool for producing plastic products. It is composed of several parts, including a forming cavity. During injection, we assemble the plastic injection mould on injection machine, and the molten plastic is injected into the injection mould cavity, cooled and shaped in the cavity. Then, the cavity and the core are separated. The injection products are ejected from the mould cavity with the ejection system. Finally, the mould is closed for the next injection. The whole injection process is cyclic.
